Montrel develops and implements for Cepsa the
GAVPlus Airport Aviation Management System
The Montrel Industrial Group continues to demonstrate its firm commitment to R + D + i with the development and implementation of the GAVPlus System, created at the request of Cepsa, as a new project resulting from a long joint history of collaboration, and very especially in Loading and Product Delivery Systems.
The objective of this new project between Cepsa and Montrel is the evolution and replacement of the old Aviation Management System with a new Modular System developed with an architecture and technology of < strong> latest generation, compatible with the current Cepsa G3C Load Center Management System, developed a few years ago by Montrel, and currently operating in more than 90 facilities in Spain and Portugal
GAVPlus
Its purpose is Integrated Aviation Management
Including operations to supply fuel or supplies to Aircraft (Intoplane or on board), storage management and Stock Control of Products in airports and other dedicated external infrastructures, with real data capture from the Tank Level Measurement Systems and Tank Loading / Unloading Control Systems. In addition, it manages and generates documentation and reports on airport operations; Graphs of activity and evolution, Exchange of Information with Supply Terminals to TSA runway Aircraft, as well as with Cepsa Systems, with Air Companies and Product Operators; airport estates (AENA) , as well as management of tax obligations with the Tax Agency, making automatic online declarations to the AEAT of the supplies made.
It covers in a standardized way the activity of airports and product warehouses, both in the Peninsula and in the Canary Islands, where Cepsa Aviación, CMD and SIS are present, covering a total of fifteen centers between airports, facilities and military bases.
GAVPlus
system
GAVPlus is connected to ERP Cepsa (SAP), a system with which it exchanges registered information almost instantly and from where it collects data necessary for the activity such as supply authorizations, contracts, master data, credit cards, airlines, customers, etc. product prices, etc.
GAVPlus automatically exchanges with AEAT the information on the provisioning of aircraft that are carried out, as well as the entries and movements of product by Facility. It has tools that facilitate these procedures eliminating administrative tasks.
GAVPlus is a secure system as it is using the identification of Cepsa Network users who are assigned different roles within the application to adapt to their specific profile, thus facilitating the use of a tool “adapted” to each person.
